Our Station

The Esparto Fire Protection District was formed in March of 1931 by the Yolo County Board of Supervisors to provide fire protection, emergency medical services, and mutual aid services. Esparto Fire Protection District is governed by a board of five Fire Commissioners that are appointed by the Yolo County Board of Supervisors. The District encompasses 80 square miles that includes the Town of Esparto, the Town of Capay, and the surrounding areas.
