Esparto Fire Protection District

Welcome to the Esparto Fire Dept. Website!

If you have an emergency, please dial 9-1-1

Esparto's Fire Hall is located on Yolo Ave between North and South Grafton Streets. Our department is a volunteer fire department comprised of men and women from Esparto and surrounding areas. We are here to provide you with the best fire and emergency medical care possible.  We are here to serve our community with a quality service, that includes respect, dignity, and pride in our community.

There's usually someone at the firehall during daylight hours, and we're on call to 9-1-1 dispatch 24/7. We have some of the fastest response times in the county, and take pride in providing our citizens, friends and neighbors the best emergency support around.

We also serve as backup to surrounding fire departments such as Madison, Yocha-De-He/Brooks, and Winters.  In cases of severe need, we can also be seen helping other districts by providing water tender and personnel as needed.

We are involved in many community activities such as Almond Festival, Take Back the Night, and other annual events.  We also hold fundraisers to raise money to support the equipment, the hall, and general cost of providing a volunteer service (Come to our Sausage Feast!).  If you would like to donate to the Esparto Fire Dept - thank you! Please contact our Fire Chief, John Stotts, or Becky Middleman, or just come into the office at the Fire Hall and talk to Pam, and we will give you the information you need.  SOON - we will be able to accept donations on our website, but don't let that stop you today!

If you are interested in joining our team, please contact us!  We are always looking for more volunteers to help as firefighters, Firefighter-EMT's and Firefighter-medics.

We care about the people we serve!
